“These guys are HORRIBLE. Our apartment building in Altadena for the last 20 years received daily service except Sundays from Republic. Republic stopped servicing Altadena and our option for trash services are these guys.. We ordered the same service from them. The 1st week, they waited 7 DAYS to come while mounds of steaming trash piled up from 27 apartments. We're now into week 2, SAME THING. They never came the 2nd week to pick up the trash. The woman I spoke with yesterday said she would send someone out, probably just to get me off the phone. She also said in a condescending tone, "maybe we need a bigger bin." They never came. Now we're going into a holiday weekend with trash overflowing onto the ground. My calls are transferred to voicemail and their voicemail is ALWAYS 'full'. This company needs to be reported.”

“I guess anyone can just start a garbage company and buy out contracts for trash service. American Reclamation never picks up trash on a weekly basis, as they're paid to do so. I have to email my landlord every week just so we can get our dumpsters dumped. They come whenever they feel like one or even two weeks late. Sometimes I see them driving by the property I rent at hauling other complex's garbage but ignore ours (and many other's) on the regular. What a sweet deal they schemed themselves into, charging for their garbage pickup services but only doing the work a third of the time. Do not use this company, it deserves to fail. I attached a photo of overfilled garbage, sadly I didn't save the worst ones.”

“Good for cardboard drop off! I had, like, a million boxes left over from our move, and I needed to get rid of them. And we had way too many for our dumpster. So I brought them here. Not only did they not charge me, but they actually gave me $4 for them. They'll give you more money if you bring more cardboard, but it has to be, like, a ton or something. There was only a couple trucks in front of me, so I didn't have to wait long. Overall, it was a good experience. Minus one star, because the place smells like garbage.”

“Dropped everything off, claim "they don't have money" afterwards. This company should be shut down.”
