“I called Junk in the Truck for a quote on a large roll off bin for a basement clean out. From my first interaction with Jenna, to the day of the final pick up I was impressed. Jenna helped me to choose the appropriate size bin for my project and was pleasant, and helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer service! The day of the drop off, the team member brought it same day as the call (within 1.5 hours actually). They were professional, and thorough. The day my term was set to end, I called the office back inquiring about an add-on service (the removal of multiple granite slabs). Jenna updated my quote and assembled a team to assist the original individual who was coming for the bin pick-up. The guys came, broke up the granite, and knocked the job out quickly. They were very professional, nice, and they cleaned the area after completion, hooked the bin up and left. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future if I ever need another clean out. Thanks a bunch!”
