“Where do I even begin. We’ve used this company for years for temporary fences and porta potties. This year I had 3 of their porta potties on different job sites. On two different projects they were constantly missing services. From February until I cancelled and got a new company this month, they missed 2 services in March, 3 in May, 1 in June, and 2 in July until I finally cancelled. I called my rep multiple times with these issues, and they assured me I would be refunded, and services would not be missed again. This happened multiple times, and I have the text conversations to prove it. I started calling corporate, where it’s extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone who can help. They would transfer me to a lady in accounting who NEVER answered the phone, and NEVER returned phone calls. I was transferred to her over 10 times over 3 months to no avail. I still have not received a single refund, and if they charge me for July I’m going to small claims just to prove a point. Absolutely inexcusable customer service.”

“Absolutely horrendous portable bathroom rental service and experience. Every week there is an issue: no toilet paper, no hand towels, no soap, and sometimes even skipped service. After you become a customer, it also becomes impossible to get a hold of anyone. You always have to chase down people and let them know service has been skipped or items are missed. Do not rent from Viking.”
