“Be Careful with these people!!!!!! I ordered a 30 ft container from them thinking I would use it,however I ended up not using the container. The container was no where near even half. The day they were supposed to pick up the container they never came and two days later we had a snow storm, now they trying to charge an extra $200 for overweight on top of the 800 I paid initially. Now honestly this feels like I am being scammed!!! They delay pick up and want to charge me overweight for an almost empty container. Ridiculous! Now the managers last words were “If I don’t eat up the cost of the overweight they are going to come to my house and dump a whole container of trash 👀. Does this sound professional to you? This is the pic of the container on the right. It wasn’t filled with snow and the materials inside were sheet rack and insulation. Does this look like 3 tonnes of weight? Remember 3 tonnes was my limit they said I used more”

“Terrible company. The manager cussed my mom and aunt out on two separate phone calls after trying to resolve an issue we experienced with billing. They tried to charge us for a larger unit than we received and we experienced multiple issues on top of that. I have never heard of a company cussing out customers and calling them names, especially when they are in the wrong. Absolutely would not recommend and will be reporting this unacceptable behavior to the BBB.”
