“Excellent customer service. I ordered 3 dumpsters (and plan on ordering more) from Jana (rep in the office). Jana coordinated drop off and delivery times with the drivers. Wayne (driver) was able to place the dumpsters in the perfect location. The prices are competitive and the customer service is superb. I will write a final review when my project (grading) is complete.”

“I’m not generally a person to leave reviews; if it’s bad, I just don’t go back and if it’s good, I do. But KC oDumpster is phenomenal and y’all (and them) need to know about that. We ran into some trouble on our end and needed an extension— Lindsey helped us iron out the details with no headache and no run around. When it came time to pick up, our neighbors directly across were having foundation work done— of all days to have a narrow street made smaller by big trucks. Called in to let them know their driver might have an issue and we worked out an early morning pick up for the next day instead with no additional charges. That, as far as I’m concerned, is some aces customer service all the way around. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy— driver was in and out before we even knew he was there. All the way around, I can not recommend them enough— between pricing and customer service KC Dumpster has you covered.”

“Poor customer service! I wasn’t even one of their customers, yet my driveway was damaged by their truck leaking huge amounts of fluids that left permanent stains all over, along with the driver driving through part of my yard when they were dropping a dumpster off at my neighbors. Mind you all this was recorded On my Secuirty system and shared with the company. They acknowledged that it was their inexperienced driver who caused this damage. When the office ladies were less than helpful, the owner (Rody Taylor) was far more unprofessional when he cussed me out over the phone and refused to repair the damaged caused to my property. There is a reason this is the only dumpster company in KC that doesn’t have a waiting list, and it’s due to a lack of their leadership’s unprofessionalism. I highly DONT recommend this company!”
