Our driver figured out an alternate route to pick up our garbage which actually required backing up the truck! Super impressed and grateful! Well done!”

“My account was recently transferred to Casella as a result of their acquisition of Bestway Container Services. I called them today for the first time to reactivate my seasonal account. They are refusing to honor my prior pricing (going up by more than double) as I was "not an active customer at the time at the time of the sale" despite the fact that I always put my account on hold for the winter. Even worse, when I told them that pricing wasn't acceptable and I wouldn't be using them as a result, they told me that they would not refund my money that was previously paid to Bestway and supposed to be carried over to this year. This is literally theft. No wonder their rating and comments are so poor.”

“Very poor customer service. I contracted with them in the Spring to pick up our garbage. Over the next four months they never, not once, picked up our garbage even after numerous phone calls. I finally gave up and when I contacted them to terminate the service or lack thereof, they still insisted on getting paid. I have never experienced such poor service from a company.”

“Casella acquired my business from Bestway. They 100 percent don't care WHAT their customers think because they know they're the only game in town. Customer service can be nice since they only deal with you briefly...but whatever it is you're asking for, forget it. When I told them I couldn't wait to find another company their response was "When do you want us to shut off your service." Well, today is the day! Good-bye environmental fees...good-bye rudeness...They forget WE are the CUSTOMER. Buh-bye.”
