“R&L pics: red dumpster on wheels Our pics: dumpster under carport filled 1/2 way We rented a 30-yard dumpster from R&L Dumpsters that was delivered on a Friday and picked up Monday. When it arrived, the dumpster was already partially filled with materials that clearly did not come from our residence (large lumber and concrete debris). Our home was used strictly for junk removal to which was discussed before purchasing, and there were no signs or access that would reasonably explain those materials being added by us. Paragraph 2 I contacted the company multiple times and requested to speak with a manager but never received a call back before pickup. The company stated drivers are required to check dumpsters before delivery, yet no documentation and limited proof was provided to confirm this was done. The situation was left as a he-said/she-said scenario, despite the visible mismatch between the debris and our project. Paragraph 3 The lack of escalation, resolution options, or accommodation was disappointing. This situation is not addressed in their rental terms. When neither party has definitive proof, a reasonable resolution or management conversation should be part of customer service — but that did not happen here. I’m sharing this so future customers know what questions to ask before renting. Based on this experience, we will not be using this company again.”

“Edit. This company performed an an unauthorized credit card charge. The dumpster was dropped off too close to a wall and the door cannot open. I called and they moved the dumpster 6 inches from the wall and kept invoicing me $100 which i did not approve and they just decided to charge my card anyways. -- I've used this dumpster service twice so far, with a third scheduled, and overall I'm very pleased. I recently moved to Houston and was glad to find a reliable company for my ongoing projects, which often require five to ten 20-yard dumpsters. The service has been smooth, and the team is responsive and easy to work with. My only feedback is that the drop-off and pickup times can vary by 1–2 hours from the scheduled window, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Still a great experience and I’ll continue using them”
