“We've had trash pickup twice, maybe three times since Christmas. The roads have been plowed, we pay our bill, yet everyone on our road has seen trash pile up since December. This did not happen once last year with a previous driver, as it was explained when we reached out. We pay our bills and put out our trash, yet it piles up every week while they collect our money. IT'S NO WONDER THEY HAVE 3.9 STARS CONSIDERING THEY COLLECT MONEY, BUT SERVICES AREN'T PROVIDED. Come on management, that's fine, don't be proactive, but at least be reactive. I really need you guys to come pick up our trash. The storms have left, the plows aren't coming back for another pass and you still didn't come today so please figure out how to collect our trash! Do we need to start paying you more money to get our trash picked up? Just let us know so we can figure out what to do!”
“Superior service for many years in Candlewood Shores, Brookfield. They took over for Mr. Scott several years ago and have been our Trash and Recycle provider sense. We have rented their dumpster as well and even removed our old mattress. Great Service!”

“Recently bought our first home and decided to go with all American waste for our disposal. Being new home owners, naturally we forgot our trash day fell on Thursdays. I called All American Friday morning and asked if they could make an exception and please pick up our trash. After a quick 2 minute hold, they agreed and had the driver make a pit spot. Exceptional customer service! They truly understand and make an effort with their customers. Thank you so much!”
“We have used All American Waste for quite some time and have never had a problem. There have been times where we forget the schedule if there was a holiday and if we missed pickup, they always send someone out at their earliest convenience to pick up due to our mistake - and always so kind and professional! Today, Micah, with their associate company came out and said their driver reported a mishap where their tire damaged our property a bit. We had no idea this was from them and I just found it to be very professional that the driver reported this issue and requested for it to be repaired! THANK YOU. This is what professional businesses should be all about - genuine customer service is hard to come by these days.”
