“REALTORS & HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY! I reached out to the company to discuss a potential partnership with realtors (I run the largest top realtor network in Connecticut). In our initial call, the owner bashed the other moving company we work with and told me they were not a legal business for moving in the state of Connecticut. Nonetheless, we scheduled a zoom to connect. During that time, the owner was yelling at his assistant over the phone about scheduling issues. Meeting comes. They were a no show, received an email minutes after the meeting was supposed to start stating they were unable to attend. Before seeing the email, I called the owner. Since our last conversation less than a week ago, he somehow forgot who I was...forgot we had a meeting scheduled...and then proceeded to yet again bash the other moving company. I have spoken to hundreds of local businesses. I have NEVER had communication with someone more rude in all of my interactions. If rude and disorganized are your goals for your move...these are your people. If not, steer clear from Lowe! BTW, check their reviews on Yelp, they are more realistic that the likely paid reviews on Google.”
