“If I could give them a 0 I would. But I can’t so they get 1 star. They refuse to pick up the garbage that they let build up. The dumpster is full and there was one box on the side and they said they couldn’t get to the dumpster. Completely preposterous and totally unacceptable. Then they refused to pick up said garbage that they let build up- imagine that. Garage people not wanting to pick up garbage. If you don’t want to pick up garage, should’ve gotten into a different business.”

“I have been overcharged for the last 3 years. I am rural and I get a pickup once every 2 to 3 months but still charged the standard rate. My bills averaged $67 per month for a full year. A friend of mine with the same service pays less every2 weeks. When I asked why so much the salesman said I was getting their cheapest rate. I switched to Republic, I now pay $26 per month all fees included and for 12 months and 12 pickups per year. Thanks for taking advantage of me for so long.”

“Their service is awful. They have not picked up my garbage 4 weeks in a row. I even have them on a security camera where one man starting to pick up my trash, and another one tells the man not to pick up my trash because I called in and complained. So if you just don't want to pick up someone's trash, you just don't... I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Let's see if they get the person fired for their behavior.”
