From the time they told us when it would arrive to the day it was scheduled for pick-up, the process was smooth and uncomplicated. The drivers who made both the drop off and pick-up called, like it was prior arranged, to confirm arrangements on both days. Drivers were nice and reliable, wanting to know what we wanted but happy to answer any questions or make suggestions. Although the process is to contact them ahead of time for an extension, but the driver still followed up with a confirmation call when he was ready to head over for pick-up. It was a great price and fantastic customer service.”
