“Buyer Beware I called this company to order a dumpster for debris from a home remodeling project. The representative explained the different sizes available, and I was told a 20-yard dumpster would cover a specific weight limit. I asked how we would know if we were going over the weight limit, and she explained that typically, as long as you don't fill it past the top, it would fall within the included weight. Based on that information, I booked the dumpster. About 45 minutes later, I received a call saying the 20-yard dumpster was no longer available and that my options were a 15-yard or a 30-yard. We chose the 15-yard dumpster, which was delivered the next day. When we called for pickup, they collected it the same day. Two days later, I received an email stating that the credit card on file would be charged an additional $900 because the dumpster was overweight. No proof of the weight was provided, no landfill ticket or documentation, just a notification of the extra charge. What's especially frustrating is that the dumpster was not filled to the top, and I had specifically been told that if it wasn't overflowing, it would generally be within the included weight limit. While their delivery and pickup service was efficient, the pricing transparency and information provided were not. The experience left me feeling misled about the true cost of the rental. This was definitely a lesson learned. I will not be using this company again.”
