“I was recommended their dumpster service by a friend and I could not have been happier! I was able to do everything I needed online and received up to date texts for drop off and pick up. The gentleman that delivered it assured me it was no problem that my driveway was a 70 degree slope and sure enough had it placed and leveled while making sure that it was unable to move an inch which I did not think could be done honestly. At the end of my service agreement I had texted the number they have online for any questions and I had needed to extend for 2 more days due to rain that had stopped me from completing my cleanup on time and within minutes a representative was calling me back and was able to extend me for the extra time needed with no problems at all. Later that day I had even got another message checking with me to make sure there wasn’t anything else that I needed and to let me know that if I needed more time at all to just let them know and to thank me for allowing them to take care of my dumpster needs. I felt more confident about my experience with this company than I have with so many other types of places that a person deals with on a day to day basis. Wish they were my internet provider too! lol. I made time to write this because I felt it needed to be said. I don’t waste my time with this type of thing that often but I felt I needed to this time because I was taken back by their hospitality. We need more businesses to care like they do these days. So I thank them and hope others will take my advice just like I did from my friend and give them their business too!”
