I called their number from a marketing card received in the mail, and spoke to a very nice lady that booked me for a pick-up just a few days later. On the day of the pick-up, Ray and Mike arrived on time, went straight to work, and helped remove a 500++ lb desk, misc items and left the areas affected better than they found them.
