“The dispatch staff was really great. She was really awesome and accommodating my only issue was when the driver came to pick up the dumpster I watched him take some things out of it. When the dumpster pulled up in my backyard, it seemed normal and then I saw him throw 2 blankets that I tossed out inside of box that he would've had to dig out to get to. I then watched him pick up a box that was inside the dumpster and dig through it. I got fed up watching him and went outside to ask if there was a problem and what he was doing and he said he was taking some things for his girlfriend because she makes jewelry. I immediately called and let them know what he was doing. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because outside of this the service was great. I was uncomfortable with how the driver was just going through the dumpster while literally standing in my backyard. It was very invasive and while he didn't take anything of importance, it was still completely inappropriate. While their service outside of the driver was great, i'll probably never use or reccommend them again. Who knows how often the driver does that and to how many other people.”
