“American Waste is responsible for our town's waste management, but their service in the past couple of years has not been satisfactory. When they collect the trash, they often leave debris scattered throughout my neighborhood. Additionally, when I call to report these issues, I am treated poorly and questioned as if I am the one at fault. As a taxpayer, I expect that when our trash is picked up, we should not also have to deal with the burden of picking up litter left behind in our neighborhood. This review was written after several calls have been made and the issue persists. Concerned resident .”

“In and out without waiting for loading. Was overweight but they corrected that and I was on the road.”

“East Windsor Service. Nothing but bad service. Recycling almost never picked up. Calls to office treated rudely like it's my mistake! Refuse to call anymore. Will not be recycling anymore, everything going in regular garbage which also is not picked up regularly but that pick up is at least a little more consistent.”
