NW Dumpsters

“Would rate this lower if possible. Driver dropped off dumpster on Friday so close to the house the door can't be opened but halfway. Had to wait until Monday to call and ask them to move it. The response was that it was placed as ordered (who would ask a dumpster to be placed where the door would hit the house??) The company was willing to come and move it for 199.00 (WHAT???) Very unhappy as we had a LOT to move and had to prop the heavy door then navigate around it to be able to put things inside. Company was not even apologetic in their response.”

“Wonderful company! These folks set the bar for great customer service. People on the phone are pleasant and helpful. Dumpster delivery drivers are cool dudes! Hauling things to the dumpster in the driveway versus hauling things to the transfer station in my truck was worth every penny. I would have paid more $, keep that bit on the DL.😂”
