“Great company to deal with. Initially spoke to a rep (Brad), who was very helpful in answering questions and addressed concerns. It was very easy to order and schedule online. We ordered a "Medium". I shopped for prices and their prices could not be beat. The delivery and pickup was on-time and reasonable. You get notifications for every step in the process (order confirmation, dropoff requested, out for delivery, delivered, pickup requested, out for pickup, pickedup confirmation, and processing confirmation). They arrived first thing in the morning to give you plenty of time to do what you need to do. They delivered the dumpster just as I instructed using a user interface provided to graphically position it where I want it placed. They promptly and quietly picked it up in the evening the rental ended without incident or commotion. Great work UpWaste. Much appreciated your business!”
