“RUN, don't walk, AWAY from this company. (Giving them 1 star just to post.) I prepaid for a dumpster delivery at my residence and subsequently had over 2 weeks stolen from my life when my project was invarably put on hold because they failed to deliver the dumpster on 4 separate occasions. Yes, you read that correctly, 4 separate occasions from April 25th, to May 4th, May 5th, and finally May 10th. Each of these days I cleared the space in front of my house and monitored the space daily from my porch, to which my neighbors can confirm. The first day they failed to deliver, I was told an attempt was made but the space wasn't cleared. I was highly suspicious because I knew that couldn't possibly be true. We were off work and had been watching for them all day. They "waived" the attempt fee of $150 & promised to bring it May 4th. Note days off work were taken for this project and that income was lost for nothing on our end. May 4th & 5th came and went, no dumpster. After lording over my residental street space for yet another full day (they do not provide an ETA so you literally have to wait all day long) the dumpster inexplicably still did not arrive. They had told me the lie again about "attempting" the delivery but finding it obscured upon arrival, but I had video & photographic evidence this was, of course, BS. They did issue a refund without a fight, because I was prepared to turn them into BBB. I am still recovering from the terrible experience with loss of time, money and not to mention the exhaustion/frustration. Trust me, steer clear of this dumpster fire!”
“Do not rent from these guys, they will rip you off, find ways to charge you more than the agreed price. Very petty!!! They only got 1 start because you have to give at least 1 but it’s a 0 all day!”
“I usually don't write reviews. The booking of the dumpster started off fine. The lady who took the order was great but that was the only part of my experience that was great. The dumpster arrived a day late and then I called the number on the side of the dumpster for pick up, but apparently that isn't the correct number to call because the pick up day came and went and the dumpster was not removed. I called and was told that that the number on the side of the dumpster wasn't the correct number. The gal also told me that the pick up day with a 3 day window was in the terms and agreement. I had to back into the order on the Internet and scheduled pickup that way. Then they gave me a 3 day window for pick up. In the end, I was charged for being overweight the max weight. Overall, it was a poor experience. If you want prompt service and support a small business go to affordable dumpster instead. They are 5 star.”
