“I can’t recommend Jack and his services enough! From the very first phone call, he was professional, kind, flexible and accommodating, timely, and incredibly resourceful and informative. My father had just passed away, and my two sisters and I were in Nampa from out of state sorting out his estate. We needed a large dumpster and had an old camper to dispose of. The dumpster was delivered right on time, the process was smooth and seamless, the price was incredibly fair, and it was very apparent in making conversation with Jack that he is a hard-working family man with a heart for people. During the three days that we had the dumpster, he not only made sure to communicate, with full transparency, any costs or fees we could incur at the dump, but also went above, beyond, and out of his way to call around to scrap yards and junkyards to get information on what it would take to scrap a couple of old vehicles. When he came to pick up the dumpster, he was extremely respectful to me and my family and made sure to inspect the camper for safe transport. His kindness and generosity didn’t stop there, he rolled up his sleeves and even helped us grab a few last-minute things, making considerations for certain items that the dump had extra fees and requirements for. I cannot overstate how incredible this man is as a person and a professional. My siblings and I officially deemed Jack an honorary cousin. In my opinion, if you need any of the services this business offers, there is no other choice. Period.”
