When the local guys couldn't give us the time of day or even respond to our inquiries, one call to Arrow and we were talking to the owner and she had a driver over to our place the next day. Pick up was just as efficient and quick. The rental rate for the dumpster was very comparable and we could keep it for longer than what others quoted. The driver (Josh) was also courteous and always called ahead of time for drop off/pick up to let us know the ETA which was very helpful for us. We had an overall awesome experience and would highly recommend them. We also appreciate your willingness to help out the little guys! :)”
