“Dear company stop ignoring and answer in Apartment complexes when you have larger items that don't fit in dumpsters do you collect? That is why you have three men working on each truck. I think glass, aluminum, and plastic recycle bins would benefit apartments and you charge for the bin and the owner would take care of them. So if you don't provide recycle bins and the owner does you cannot touch them it would be a lawsuit.”

“I live in Carrollton and had my trash/water bill with me since we’re supposed to get one free dump per month during the first week. I showed up about 20 minutes after noon and was told it would be a $100 flat fee to drop off the household stuff in my truck bed. Is that normal? Makes me wonder what we’re really paying for with our trash service. On top of that, the attendant was super rude, like he hated being there.”
