Honestly, super unprofessional experience. I ordered a dumpster for a commercial project on Wednesday — the guy told me it would be here in two days, which was fine. Saturday and Sunday they’re closed, understandable. But come Monday, still no dumpster. I had to call them, and all I got were excuses — “today or tomorrow” — and still nothing. No communication, no updates, nothing. I could’ve easily gone with another company, but I chose S.B. Cox because their turnaround time was supposedly faster. Big mistake. If you can’t fulfill an order, just be honest and call your customers — don’t give false hope and leave people hanging. I’ve got guys waiting around because of this, and it’s a huge inconvenience. Would’ve given zero stars if I could.

Their truck drivers drive with absolutely zero regard for anyone else on the road. They regularly speed, weave in and out of traffic, cut people off and ride people’s tailgages.

I noticed other complaints about the drivers and port-o-potty service. I reside behind a construction project that has contracted this company. To say they have been a nightmare would be an understatement. They violated the permit issued by the city by parking their massive dumpster in the alley (instead of the street for which the permit was issued). The individual who services the port-o-potty (which is also illegally placed) ripped a line off my house. When I confronted him he denied it even while the line was still hanging on his truck. This was witnessed by two other third party contractors who noted they saw the individual driving recklessly through the alley, dragging the line, and then being aggressive toward me. The employee in question called me some choice expletives and told me to call his company. I did and the receptionist hung up on me. Later, a manager called me and told me I should do whatever I thought was necessary. I explained to the gentleman that based on Google reviews, it was evident his company had a human resources issue when it came to the quality of their drivers. He brushed me off. So I've contacted my resources at city hall and the state. If you're looking to do business with this company, my advice would be to think twice or watch them like hawks unless you want to burn bridges with your neighbors.

This review is in regards to your drivers. Specifically, the driver of license plate 41-741UA. On Monday 6/23/2025 at about 7:50am I was driving on I-64E in Henrico on my way to work. This truck did not have its contents secured and debris was flying out of the top of the truck. A huge rock/piece of debris flew out of your truck and completely smashed my sunroof (I was two lanes over and at least 3 cars back from your truck, by the way. not even close). If my sunroof had been open, I would have been dead. TEACH YOUR DEGENERATE DRIVERS HOW TO SECURE THEIR TRUCKS PRIOR TO GETTING ON THE ROAD. YOU ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE OR SERIOUSLY HURT THEM.

Since this is the only branding of any sort on the trucks doing new housing construction on Moore's St and there are no building permits posted anywhere. This your problem. This construction crew is actively making the neighborhood a dangerous place with the way you handle materials. Y'all have had several stacks of lumber fall over onto the sidewalk (which is an elementary school bus stop). You're going to get someone hurt. Clean you stuff up or the EPA and OSHA are getting notified with pictures. And since this is in writing that means you are aware. If someone gets hurt I will advise them to seek litigation because it would be due to your negligence . Also, I hope you intend on repairing the sidewalk you damaged as it's the wheelchair accessible side and you're forcing handicap people into traffic
