And Byron just because you somehow deleted all these texts from my phone thank goodness I took a screenshot of them but somehow your name is magically not on the caller ID anymore. But I do appreciate you calling me from your personal cell phone after I call the business. it's ok I still got the digits. Its nice to know these people are all in different cities and take no responsibility which is why he felt that he could say it and treat me any kind of way. Because he's in a whole another state also a third party. But it's nice to know when I try to call and ask who that was working on their shift last night that even the person that answered the phone from New Jersey hung up on me because they're all third parties and they don't care. I'm sorry that I just wanted to get some information from a waste disposal service I thought it was for people that's the whole point of calling but when you get cussed out just for calling to get information not to mention I have three recordings too I feel like this will go nowhere but I just pray that no one else has to go through this I just wanted to get rid of some trash because our dump was closed. And for the record if you have multiple companies calling you telling you that your information is inaccurate on your website but the phone number is accurate and you have an address listed maybe you should fix that instead of telling people they're stupid!!! And obviously they're not very smart to realize that someone may move from another city and keep the same phone number. I've had the same number for 10 years but apparently that was a problem too”
