“As a contractor that have used Source Services for almost 30 years. I have to say that we will never be using this company again for ordering dumpsters. We have had conversations with Source regarding turn around times, since that is the nature of our business. We recently had a job in Water Town Wi Source dropped a box for us which they will never tell what day they will deliver the box so it makes it very hard to give our clients a Job start date. The new owners setup movers to move them in on 2/27/25 we call for the box to be picked up on the morning of 2/21/25 we called them again on 2/26/25 to remind them we must have this box picked up before the 2/27/25. We received a call from our client stating the box was not removed and now the new owners must reschedule the movers ( what a major and costly inconvenience). Here is the response I got from Source after calling them on 2/27/25, they stated they will get out there when they have a truck in the area which might be on 2/28/25 a day after the new owners closed on this property. Now our business took a hit over a dumpster company that truly does not care about their customers. Source use to have good service but for the last several years it has been horrible. This is a sign that they over promise and clearly underdeliver. This is not an acceptable way of doing business! I will never recommend them to any one that askes about who they should use. My suggestion is that Danny Source gets out of the truck and gets back to what he use to do and take care of his customers.”
