Reliable Dumpsters

“Took a dumpster to my yard even though I was told I’d get a call back, and hadn’t even provided payment. Since they hadn’t called me back, I coordinated with another dumpster company. Upon the dumpsters arrival, it already had an empty seven up bottle, shards of glass, and ibuprofen bottles in it. I assume it’s the dumpster I had actually bought and paid for, until later in the day I received a call from that company saying “there’s already a dumpster in your yard, what should I do with this one?”. I have them drop it in my yard since I already ACTUALLY PAID AND ORDERED this one. I take out everything my wife had put in the dumpster that I can reach, and call the company. They came and got the dumpster, but before leaving made sure to dump out all the trash (including some I had put in, and all the previously mentioned shards of glass and empty bottles) in my yard. On top of this, they had the audacity to ask me for a delivery fee. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau at my earliest convenience, because this is simply unacceptable. Children play in my yard and animals, they could easily slice their feet open on the ridiculous amounts of glass they dumped illegally in my yard. There was no need to be so petty over an error on their end. Hope they figure out whoever made this huge mistake at their business.”
