We were able to schedule it for an earlier pickup but the best part was your rental comes with a week long rental unlike some other places. We did not have to be home for the drop off and pick up. “They told us a price that was more than what the online total was. Then they gave us a "30% off" code we made the payment they dropped the dumpster off and set the dumpster exactly where asked and how we asked them to. Qfter they dropped the dumpster off they attempted to take $30.00 dollars out of my account 4 different times after the bill was paid and sogned and everything..... Plus we made it very clear we wanted the dumpster picked up the following monday[got the dumpster on a friday] they said no problem call monday am and verify we were done and needed it picked up and did exactly that. They didnt come monday and we called they didn't come Tuesday and claimed they would.... then Wednesday came they still didnt follow through and come get the dumpster. Then it was the holidays. The following monday they picked it up..... They ober charge and up charge to scam you and lie about their pick up and then try to just randomly take extra money if they can if I didnt keep my card locked they would have scammed me for $120 on top of the outrageous 5 something already paid for a 10yard dumpster.... such a disappointment and bad customer communication and experience highly do not recommend!!!!”
