“Completely disappointed. I put my compost out on Wednesday with my trash (as required in Hamilton—no compost, no trash pickup). The trash was collected, but the compost wasn’t. I called Wednesday night, Thursday, and Friday, and each time I was told it would be picked up the next day. I explained repeatedly that I was leaving on Sunday for over a week and really didn’t want compost sitting in my garage rotting and smelling. By Friday night, still nothing. I called again on Saturday and was told they couldn’t help until Monday, which did me no good, considering I’d made it very clear I’d be out of town. It’s incredibly frustrating that no one there seems to care.”
“Mark and Tony in Stoneham are the best! They have always gone above and beyond. We've been cleaning out and they never complain when we put an extra bag or two out which I really appreciate!”
“Debbie or Deborah in the sales department was absolutely horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever why you would be in a customer facing position if you don't like your job then find another one.”
“I'm a new customer with Casella and haven't had my first pick-up yet so I can't really rate them on that aspect. However, the customer service is outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Winter, thanks for all the tips!”
