“Started in December. They want you to use their website to pay them, and gave me a fee right off the bat, for paying with a credit card The trash service is excellent, no problems with the pickups. But this is a company that is NOT upfront about their charges. I thought I had paid for 3 months when I came in, only to discover they charged me $ to deliver their trash can to me. I asked them for a receipt and they claimed they don't do that. And their website that they want you to use needs a IT person to simplify. Setting the password took a couple of hours, then they did it from the office for me. Normally I stay away from businesses that have phantom charges and make their website difficult to use; especially one that has some boob bragging about their integrity on the front page while disproving it in reality. But their service is good, and the fellow Dominique in the office was kind and helped me with their 2nd rate website. Should I quit them or keep them?”

“I normally find the company to be reliable; however, both my trash cans were missed this morning, while the neighbors directly across the street had theirs emptied. I contacted the office and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before speaking with someone. I explained that my service wasn't completed even though my neighbors' was. I was assured that the service would be done today. Unfortunately, the service still hasn't been done, and the office is now closed until Monday morning. It's Friday and now I have to wait until Tuesday for the next scheduled service, and both trash cans are completely full. I understand that mistakes can happen, but to assure me that the service would be done today and not follow through is unacceptable. This type of customer service makes me consider switching to a new company that values their customers and keeps their word.”

“Communication is nonexistent unless you call and waited on hold for what seems like forever. Communication to customers about adjusted holiday schedules or late to pick up on schedule days is nonexistent. They don’t list it on social or their website or send you any email/text notification if there are delays on their part either. There are many trash, pick up companies to choose from - choose wisely and ask your neighbors about their experience with each.”

“If I can give a -10 stars I would ever since they switched from Nate‘s to coastal their services became crappy. The prices have increased and when you call about issues, they never get resolved. I’ve called and complained for the last three weeks about the driver leave in my garbage can in the middle of the road on a highway. I live on and it didn’t hit by many vehicles and nothing is done. Manager will not call me manager will not do anything”
