“This company irresponsibly covers their trucks carrying materials (in this case concrete) and will certainly cause damage to your vehicle, even if you’re one lane over on the interstate. While driving to work on I-90 east today, a big block of concrete dropped onto the roadway, and hit the interstate, causing an explosion of tiny bits of shrapnel, visibly hitting multiple cars. I was one lane over to the right, and probably 200 yards back. I now have a small crack in my windshield due to the haphazard, mismanaged, and certainly poorly trained employees. Why are trucks not being regulated and inspected? I will be submitting a formal complaint to WASHDOT and the BBB regarding this matter.”
“Impossible to work with. I have been a customer for over a year now and any change in service takes forever. We switch the cleanings of our porta potty units with them from monthly to weekly in the summer. It’s been since May that I’ve been emailing and calling every single week because they won’t come once a week even though we’re paying for it. I have to call every week to request a cleaning. Super annoying and makes our organization look unprofessional when we have nasty portapotties. Will definitely be looking for another company to work with.”

I've seen piles of what most people consider waste get turned into a mulch of different kinds of material that goes on to be reused in the production of new things somewhere else. Way to go DTG!”
